  1. Bundled pricing. For each enrolled CPT/procedure bundle, you quote a flat price covering facility, surgeon, anesthesia, implants, and a 90-day warranty window.
  2. Case routing. Elision verifies clinical appropriateness and employer eligibility before any case is sent to your schedule.
  3. Payment. A single remittance against each bundle, settled on a net-14 cycle via the employer's TPA. No balance billing to the patient.
  4. Quality & outcomes. You report standard outcome metrics (complication rate, readmission, patient-reported). We keep this between you, the employer, and the stop-loss carrier.
  5. Termination. 30-day notice, no penalty. No exclusivity.
E-sign is a placeholder. In production this routes through a HIPAA-compliant e-signature partner.
